To finalize the reorganization of the sitemap and streamline the vast amount of content, we first proposed an in-depth UX effort and a rationalization of the navigation flows. Once the wireframes and customer journey were defined, we moved on to the design phase, which led, on one hand, to the definition of the mockups for the various pages (desktop + tablet + mobile portrait) and, on the other, to the expansion of the company’s design system with the digital library.
In parallel, we analyzed the relevant marketplace and the site’s navigation data, in order to identify the best channels to invest in and plan visibility campaigns for lead generation.
